Spank Me
14x11 inches, ink and gouache on Bristol paper, 2020. I had a lot of fun with the reference photos for this piece. One of the risks I take with this artwork, besides painting or drawing myself nude, is I choose to make them in media I can't undo or fix. It keeps the work exciting and I get some exhilaration and anxiety while I rush to make them before my midnight deadline. Wet Wednesday #7

Tasty
14x11 acrylic paint on Bristol paper, 2020. This is one of the few times I've seriously experimented with acrylic paint on paper instead of canvas. It is not forgiving, if I made a mark, that was it and I had to work around it or work it out. The white in this painting is the paper. Wet Wednesday #5

Self Portrait 1
